One of the models I came across was classifying cooperation, altruism, selfishness, spite in an "economic" geometry. I have some thoughts about expanding this geometry.
One can add to this model by expanding the system boundaries to include larger and larger contexts. For example, one can cooperate with one person to the detriment of others. Localized cooperation can result in global harm in some contexts.
